Semi Gantry Cranes /Semi Portal Cranes travels is a peculiar type of crane where one side Long travel Wheel travels on the top of the Long travel rail fixed on the runway Girder and the other side on the long travel rail fixed on the floor. The rest of the operations are same as EOT Cranes. This type of crane is used in an area where the crane access is to be limited on one side where the width of the building is very large or one side columns does not withstand the crane load.
